Written terms, clear expectations

Warranty and After-Service Policy

This page explains our general approach. The warranty stated on your accepted quotation and invoice is the binding product-specific record.

1

The written quotation controls the warranty

Warranty periods can differ by product, material, hardware and site condition. The applicable period and covered components must be stated in the quotation or invoice for that job. Website wording does not replace those written terms.

  • Check the product name and specification.
  • Check whether material, hardware and workmanship have separate terms.
  • Keep the quotation, invoice and installation date.
2

What a service inspection looks at

When a customer reports a concern, the team may first request photographs, video, the invoice and a short description. A site inspection may be needed before deciding whether adjustment, repair or replacement is appropriate.

3

Common exclusions

Coverage normally does not include damage caused by structural movement, water leakage, chemical cleaning, impact, cutting, pets, third-party alterations, misuse, unauthorised repair, poor maintenance or conditions outside the installed product.

  • Building-surface failure is assessed separately.
  • Consumable and moving parts may have different coverage.
  • Access equipment and revisit charges are confirmed before attendance where applicable.
4

Maintenance still matters

Customers should follow the cleaning and operation guidance given at handover. Report loose fixing, damaged mesh, unusual movement, cut wire or corrosion signs promptly instead of continuing to use a damaged installation.
